Mazda3 Earns CarGurus Best Used Car Award
Mazda North American Operations (MNAO) today announced that the 2014-2018 Mazda3 has been awarded CarGurus first place award for “Best Used Car” in the Compact Sedan/Hatchback category.
CarGurus Used Car Award nominees were selected from late-model cars originally available in the United States. Vehicle generations that include the 2015 model year were considered in their entirety when evaluating nominees. Nominees were evaluated on criteria including CarGurus user reviews, professional test drive reviews, popularity, availability, and projected 12-year retention value. The Mazda3 was the overall winner in the Sedan/Hatchback category receiving top marks in a competitive field.

Following its recent global reveal at the Los Angeles Auto Show, the all-new 2019 Mazda3 has picked up its first award. Members of the influential Greater Atlanta Automotive Media Association (GAAMA) voted the 2019 Mazda3 as their “Biggest Bang for Your Buck” vehicle at the 2019 Atlanta International Auto Show.
“Mazda has strategically placed the Mazda3 in a class above,” said Daryl Killian, president of the Greater Atlanta Automotive Media Association. “With all-wheel drive, sedan and hatchback options, Mazda has removed any justifiable reason for consumers to look elsewhere and with a premium all-wheel drive model coming in under $30,000, why would they?”
Having sold more than 6 million units since its 2003 debut, the all-new Mazda3 is a global strategic model that has driven Mazda’s growth from both a brand and business perspective. The 2019 Mazda3 sets a new milestone as the first production model to lead Mazda into a bold new era. Blending beautiful second generation Kodo design language and exhilarating driving dynamics, Mazda3 was developed to inspire and create an emotional bond with its customers in two very distinct ways. New Grade Strategy for 2019
Now available with a new grade strategy for 2019, the C-HR is available in three grades: LE, XLE and Limited (removing XLE Premium grade from 2018.) LE is equipped with 17-inch steel wheels and LED DRLs with halogen headlamps as well as a polyurethane steering wheel. For the XLE grade, standard features now include Blind Spot Monitor + Rear Cross Traffic Alert, auto-folding side mirrors, “Toyota C-HR” puddle lamps, piano black upper console and switch base, Smart Key with push button start, and available features now include Entune 3.0 Audio Plus. For the Limited grade, standard features now include fog lamps, piano black B-pillar, “Limited” badging, rain-sensing wipers, Entune 3.0 Audio Plus, heated front seats, driver seat power lumbar, chrome window trim and leather-trimmed or leather-trimmed/fabric seats. New options for the Limited grade now include Entune 3.0 Premium Audio.
